Law

Our Law list responds to the most challenging and pressing legal questions facing us today: from the role of law in human rights to access to justice; from the environment to technology; and from politics to culture. We are interested in work that takes a comparative, historical, interdisciplinary or socio-legal approach to the law to critically examine how law interacts with society, politics, technology and culture.
